Cancellation Policy: We require Credit Card information to reserve your appointment. You may cancel your appointment without charge any time before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the regular service price. If you NO SHOW to your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the regular service price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the original service price. If you late cancel and schedule the same day, you will be charged both a cancellation fee and the full price of the new appointment. Salon Transfer Policy: Salon transfer clients must book “Salon Transfer Fill” appointment under the designated style of lashes, i.e. Classic, Blended, Volume, Mega. Clients that book a fill and the extensions are stuck together, causing damage, or have little to no remaining extensions, the service will not be performed and you will be charged 50% of the booked service price. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. Age Policy: Age 16-17 must have a legal guardian present to sign convent form. Refund Policy: No refunds for services or fees. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, we will offer a one time fix appointment to make any slight corrections. If you no show or reschedule fix appointment, another one will not be provided. If you change your mind on the style agreed upon during the consultation, you will need to pay for your next appointment. Salon transfer clients will not receive a refund if we are not able to fill on the existing extensions, if our extensions do no bond due to buildup from previous work, or if we cannot match the existing style due to limitations of damage, length or style. Ban Policy: We have the right to ban anyone from the salon for any reason. No guests or children please.

If you are late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed in full. However, You will be charged the full price of the booked service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the original service price. Salon transfer clients must book “Salon Transfer Fill” appointment under the designated style of lashes, i.e. Classy, Volume, Mega. Clients that book a fill and the extensions are stuck together, the lashes are damaged, or client has less than 40% remaining extensions, the service will not be performed and you will be charged 50% of the booked service price. You will be asked to book a removal and a full set. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. Age 16-17 must have a legal guardian present to sign convent form. No clients under age 16.
